By buying from an approved retailer you are ensuring that you receive the best support possible with your purchase, Not only does it mean we know the products it means we have used the products to test out all of their features. You can also buy safe in the knowledge that if something should go wrong we have direct accounts with the manufacturers so can go straight to them to fix any issues, which means go going through third parties like many online stores. As approved Aarrow dealers we invest heavily in stock to ensure you get the best price as well as a quick turn around on orders.

Main reasons to buy from an authorised retailer:

Aarrow Approved dealers are carefully selected to ensure that you receive the best guidance when purchasing your stove. Arrow Approved dealers are given appropiate training to ensure they sell you the product that is correct for your needs and will serve you the best during the cold winters.

Only Aarrow approved retailers are authorised to use and display Aarrow's logos and descriptions. If you find a website with no photos or they have used their own then generally its because they have not been allowed ro use the copyrighted materials.

Manufactuers warranties become invalidated when you buy from a non authorised retailer. All serial numbers are linked to the company they were supplied to and the warranties will only be granted to serial numbers that link to your invoice.

Aarrow dealers will have access to thousands of spares and will ensure you can get hold of spares for your product for up to 10 years after your product has been discontinued! Where as a non authorised retailer may simply stop selling the stove and will not be interested in trying to get hold of spares.

To ensure an exceptional build quality is consistently achieved, each department within the production line thoroughly inspects the work completed before them. Once a stove has been built, it is checked against a set guideline by our quality control team.

Aarrow don’t just build our stoves in Dorset, we also source as many of the raw materials as possible from the UK. Each supplier is carefully selected and strong relationships, built over time, ensure high quality raw materials are always used in the manufacture of our stoves.
