Pictured above is just one small section of our Haverfordwest showroom. We have another 3 story showroom which is much larger. We also have a purpose built warehouse.
Who are We?
Woodburner Warehouse is a part of the succesfull Arcade Ltd Group. Arcade Ltd has become a big player over the years and in late 2007 we decided to go into the online business.
Woodburner Warehouse was then born and developed in house by Dean our now Internet Sales Manger who over sees the whole Internet Operations.
Within a very small period of time Woodburner Warehouse has become one of the most successul and most trusted online retailers selling thousands of stoves online every year.
What do we offer?
We try and keep it nice an simple. We simply want to offer our customers a good deal on a quality product while at the same time offering the level of service they would expect from a local company.
We have two large showrooms as well as the internet business and we treat our online customers the same as we would our local customers. Whats more unlike some other internet companies (Saying no names) we do not offer one price online and one price to local customers.
What makes you better than any other online company?
Nothing, We are not the type of company that tries to "show off" or boast how great we are, we let our customers decide how great we are. as you well know the internet is a big place and if you treat your customers bad there are a host of review sites out there and its easy to get a bad name for your selves.
We believe that our customers leave us happy, that is our aim!
How do I know that your service is as good as you promise?
Well we could put a testimonial section on the site but we feel that these so called testimonials you see on sites only show the good emails received and not the bad ones if there are any.
SO why not check us out? There are many major review sites out there, Go to the following sites and type in our name, chances are we will either not be listed at all which means no one has posted a single bad review. Becuase lets be honest not many people post good reviews but at least we wont have any bad ones! Also type in some of our competitors names and see if they come up, then you can get a feel who are the ones that follow through with their promises of Great customer Service. Im sure we will do very well in this test
