You can also buy safe in the knowledge that if something should go wrong we have direct accounts with the manufacturers so can go straight to them to fix any issues, which means go going through third parties like many online stores. - Firebelly Approved dealers are carefully selected to ensure that you receive the best guidance when purchasing your stove. Arrow Approved dealers are given appropiate training to ensure they sell you the product that is correct for your needs and will serve you the best during the cold winters.
- Only Firebelly approved retailers are authorised to use and display Firebelly's logos and descriptions. If you find a website with no photos or they have used their own then generally its because they have not been allowed ro use the copyrighted materials.
- Manufactuers warranties become invalidated when you buy from a non authorised retailer. All serial numbers are linked to the company they were supplied to and the warranties will only be granted to serial numbers that link to your invoice.
