By buying from an approved retailer you are ensuring that you receive the best support possible with your purchase, Not only does it mean we know the products it means we have used the products to test out all of their features. You can also buy safe in the knowledge that if something should go wrong we have direct accounts with the manufacturers so can go straight to them to fix any issues, which means go going through third parties like many online stores. Only Hunter approved retailers are authorised to use and display Hunter's logos and descriptions. If you find a website with no photos or they have used their own then generally its because they have not been allowed ro use the copyrighted materials.

Manufactuers warranties become invalidated when you buy from a non authorised retailer. All serial numbers are linked to the company they were supplied to and the warranties will only be granted to serial numbers that link to your invoice.

Hunter dealers will have access to thousands of spares and will ensure you can get hold of spares for your product for up to 10 years after your product has been discontinued! Where as a non authorised retailer may simply stop selling the stove and will not be interested in trying to get hold of spares.
