Distance Selling
Mail order, telephone and internet sales to individuals (not businesses) are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (UK Law Directive 97/7/EC), which protect you by providing a 7 working day 'cooling off' period after the product has been delivered.
The regulations cover distance contracts for goods and services made between suppliers and consumers. Business to business contracts are not covered. A distance contract is one where there has been no face to face contact between the consumer and a representative of your business, or someone acting indirectly on your behalf, such as in a showroom or a door to door sales person, up to and including the moment that the contract is concluded.
As a customer you have the option to cancel any order between the time of placing it and 7 working days after delivery.
You have the right to receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. We will action the refund once the items have been returned and inspected by a stove engineer.
The goods must not have been fitted, installed or used in any way.
The goods must be in as new condition, if the stove is damaged or marked in any way we will advise you of this and the cost to rectify the problem. This will then be deducted against any monies owed.
We will refund the amount paid originally excluding the cost of collecting the stove from your property and as mentioned above if there is any damage, we will remove the cost of repair from the monies owed.
Delivery
We will safely deliver your stove on a lorry with a tail lift facility. It is your responsibility to arrange for someone to help you move the stove into the property. For more information Please check Delivery and Returns
