Delivery charges


UK Mainland (Excluding N Ireland): FREE (if order over £250) Delivery within 2-3 working days from dispatch
Ireland: £45 - Delivery within 4-5 working days from dispatch
Others upon request

If the goods are in stock we can dispatch the same day or the next day and then the above timescales can be followed.

Should the goods be out of stock then we will quote a time scale based on the manufacturers estimated time. Please note that we will give you a rough time scale and should not be taken literally.

Please ensure that there will be suitable help at the delivery address on the day scheduled for delivery, available to help move the stove.

We send all our goods by courier and they will deliver the product to the house but will not bring the stove into your property due to insurance reasons. It is therefore your responsibility to arrange the neccessary equipment or man power required in order to move the stove to the desired place.

Please do not sign for or accept any goods until unpacked and checked in full. Only sign if you are satisfied with the condition of your purchase. Items which have been signed for are deemed to be in good condition.

Our Returns Policy



We will always ensure that our goods are securely packaged before being transported to the customer.

We will repair or replace (for free) any item found defective or damaged before delivery or during unloading. This is in addition to your manufacturer's guarantee. Please note that it is your responsibility to check the goods before accepting them from the courier company.

You must contact us within 48 hours to inform us that there is a problem so we can can claim against the couriers insurance.

We cannot accept return of products which are damaged after delivery.

After the seven days cooling off period has elapsed. We have the right to refuse the return of a stove without good reason. Please contact us to discuss the situation with us and we will make a decision accordingly. We will make a deduction from any refund to cover the cost of collection.

If you the customer orders an incorrect item we will replace it with another item of your choice however you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. the item must be returned in the exact packaging as it was delivered in. Alternatively we can arrange for the items to be collected and returned to us however we will deduct the courier charges from any refunds owed
