The BBQ smoker is perfect for giving an authentic smoky taste and aroma to barbecued meats, fish and vegetables.
It can also be used to infuse herbs while cooking outside.
To use simply just place a handful of presoaked wood chips in the box and place the box underneath the food rack on your gas or charocal grill while cooking.
Keep moist and check regularly. For best results close the lid of the barbeque.
Suitable for use with charcoal and gas barbecues.
Please neote that the BBQ smoker will discoulour and darken over time, but this will not affect its use.
